My first day back at Old Navy was today, after being gone all semester for school (there isnt one near my school and i dont drive)
i walk in and am told that im working fitting rooms, but new policy prevents attendants from running go backs or leaving the fitting room at all, so the 10 overloaded racks of hanging go backs and fitting room flooded with folded ones is left to one girl who is running. i really wanted to help her but every time i would even step out my LOD would glare at me. i felt awful because she was so overwhelmed. and the store was packed all day too,
